All drivers in our business are required to undertake a 3 day induction program including driving assessment, on the job training and theory assessment.
We ensure all driver are safe and complaint operators and conduct thorough background checks to ensure our drivers have the right skill set and are competent for the job.
We provide ongoing training and support to our drivers, introducing new policies and procedures as the transport industry is ever changing. We conduct regular toolbox meetings to engage our driver group.
All drivers are thoroughly audited on a regular basis ensuring they are complaint with NHVL and company polices. We maintain extensive records for auditing purposes and utilise Log Checker to cross check driver work diary pages.

Vehicle Standards & Safety Features
To ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards the business has introduced the latest Gearbox software application that allows all drivers to easily conduct vehicle checks and report faults and issues to the Fleet Department for immediate repair.
All vehicles are fitted Navman GPS systems to provide real time tracking, alerts and reporting.
All Linehaul fleet are fitted with Guardian Seeing Eye Machine Technology that monitors driver fatigue and alerts management staff.
